I am so privileged to share that we have produced the last album of the Sarangi Legend, Padam Bhushan Late USTAD SULTAN KHAN. Some glimpses of my time with him.

I am blessed to work with him and also privileged to have performed my guitar with him. Unfortunately, after the downfall of CD Industry, we couldn’t bring his album out (as we planned to do so). But we are now in work mode to bring his music out, trying via web movie series. I am also focused to release one of his songs under our guitarmonk records radio. Most people don’t know that guitarmonk has been a well-established record-label. Guitar Education came later into the picture. This album includes both his performance of Sarangi and Singing.

I would like to share that when he arrived at our Studio (which was at the 1st floor), our guitarmonk team lifted him along with chair as he was not in a fit condition to walk the stairs. We spent the full night enjoying his poetry, music and recordings. I am sharing one of raw footage of the song recordings. He is no more but I have had the privilege to witness and experience the 10th generation of Sarangi legend (Ustad Sultan Khan) holding the legacy of Sarangi instrument.

He has sung and composed for lots of Bollywood Movies as Hum Dil De ChukeSanam, ,KachcheDhaage, Mr. and Mrs. Iyer, Parzania, Jab We Met,AgniVarsha, Superstar, Rahul and Paanch. And some movies that won Oscar has his music.
